Mechi tatu za ligi kuu ya soka nchini-KPL,zimechezwa hivi leo.

Kariobangi Sharks wametoka sare ya bao moja kwa moja dhidi ya zoo kericho kwenye uga wa Nairobi City.

Sofapaka nao pia wametoka sare ya bao moja kwa moja dhidi ya Vihiga United kwenye uga wa Nyao jijini nairobi.

Nzoia sugar wametesa nyasi bure dhidi ya posta rangers na kutoka na sare ya kutokuwa na bao kwenye uga wa Masinde Muliro BUngoma.

Huko AFC Leopards almaarufu Ingwe wakishinda Chemelil Sugar kwa mabao mawili kwa sufuri kwenye uga wa Nyanyo jijini Nairobi.

Gor Mahia Watozwa Faini Ya Shilingi 906,000

Gor Mahia watalazimishwa kulipa faini kubwa baada ya kupatikana na hatia kwa kosa iliyowakabili kutokana na mashabiki kuzua vurugu kwa mechi yao dhidi ya AFC Leopards na KCB .

 
Mbele ya kamati huru ya malalamishi na nidhamu, Independent Disciplinary & Complaints Committee (IDCC),Kogalo wametozwa faini ya shilingi za kenya alfu 606,000 kwa vitendo vya ukosefu wa nidhamu kwa mechi yao dhidi ya KCB mnamo tarere 27 mwezi January mwaka 2018 kwa mashtaka ya kwanza.

Gor mahia vilevile imetozwa faini na kamati hiyo huru ya shilingi za Kenya alfu 300 kwa makosa hayo hayo dhidi ya AFC Leopards mnamo tarehe 25 mwezi Agosti mwaka jana.

Timu hiyo imepewa nafasi ya siku sitini kulipa hela izo zote za Kenya alfu 906,000 .

Pendekezo La Kupunguza Umri Ya Kufanya Mapenzi Kwa Hiari

Baadhi ya Viongozi katika kaunti ya Kakamega,wamekosoa pendekezo la baadhi ya majaji kua umri wa kufanya mapenzi kwa hiari upunguzwe kutoka miaka 18 ya sasa hadi miaka 16.

Akiongea na wanahabari mjini kakamega,seneta wa kaunti hiyo Cleophas malala amesema kuwa pendekezo hilo kamwe haitasaidia kupunguza visa vya mimba za mapema,miongoni mwa watoto wa kike humu nchini.

Kauli yake iliungwa mkono na mwakilishi wa wanawake katika kaunti ya Kakamega Elsie Muhanda.

Gor Mahia yazidi kunawiri ligini

Miamba wa soka nchini Gor Mahia wamepanua mwanya wa alama tano kileleni kwa jedwali la ligi kuu ya soka nchini – KPL, kufuatia ushindi wa mabao 2 kwa 1 dhidi ya Nzoia Sugar ugani Moi jijini Kisumu.

 
Hansel Ochieng aliiweka Nzoia Sugar kifua mbele, kabla ya Francis Mustapha kuisawazishia Gor Mahia.

Mabao hayo mawili yalifungwa kabla ya dakika ya kumi huku Geoffrey Ochieng akiifungia Gor Mahia bao la ushindi, dakika za mwisho kabisa za mchezo huo.

Kocha mkuu wa Gor Mahia Hassan Oktay, ameonyesha kufurahishwa na matokeo hayo.

Naye kocha mkuu Nzoia Sugar FC Vincent Situma, ameelezea kufarahishwa na juhudi za wachezaji wake licha ya kupoteza dhidi ya Gor Mahia.

Gor Mahia inaongoza jedwali la KPL kwa alama 41, alama tano mbele ya nambari mbili Sofapaka. Miamba hao watachuana na Sony Sugar ugani Moi jijini Kisumu siku ya Jumatano.

Kocha wa Gor mahia Hassan Oktay amepigwa marufuku ya kutohudhuria mechi yao ya mkondo wa  kwanza dhidi ya RS Berkane ya Morocco mnamo tarehe 7 Aprili.

Oktay alionyeshwa kadi nyekundu baada ya kuteta kupitia uamuzi wa refa kwenye mechi yao ya mwisho kwenye kundi D dhidi ya Pero Atletico ya Angola ugani  Kasarani wiki mbili zilizopita

Kocha huyo raia wa uturuki mwenye asilia ya Cyprus atakosa mechi hiyo ya robo fainali itakayandaliwa Nairobi huko akijiunga na wachezaji wake nahodha Harun Shakava, Ernest Wendo, Jacques Tuyisenge na Shafik Batambuze kwenye orodha ya waliopigwa marufuku kwenye timu hiyo.

Caf imethibitisha kwamba kocha huyo amepigwa marufuku na hatakubaliwa kukaa kando ya uwanja na pia harusiwa kuingia kwenye chumba cha kubadilisha nguo cha wachazeja wa Kogalo.

Shakava hatacheza mkondo wa kwanza kwa kuwa na kadi mbili za njano kwa mechi mbili tofauti huko Batambuze, Tuyisenge na Wendo wakikosa mkondo zote za robo fainali kwa kuonyeshwa kadi nyekundu.

Timu ya Manchester united imempea kocha Ole Gunnar Solskjaer kandarasi ya kuwa meneja mkuu Old traford kwa miaka tatu zijazo.

Kocha huyo raia wa Norwey amekuwa kaimu wa mancester tangu disemba baada ya Jose Mourinho kufutwa kazi..

Solskjaer ameonyesha huongozi nzuri sana huko akishinda mechi kumi na nne kati ya mechi zote kumi na tisa aliongoza kama kocha wa Manchester na pia kuwafikisha kwenye robo fainali ya kombe la klabu bingwa Eufa.

Kocha  huyo ameiletea wachezaji wa Manchester morale na kuwapa motisha tangu achukue ushukani na kuwapeleka hadi nafasi ya nne kwenye jedwali ya kombe la uingereza-EPL.

Naibu mwenye kiti mkuu wa Manchester Ed Woodward amesema kwamba anaamini kuwa Ole gunnar ndiye mkufunzi nzuri kwa Manchester kwa hivi sasa na kwa siku za usoni.

''Unapanga Basi Nyuma Kama Mourinho!''Van Gaal Asema.

Mkufunzi wa zamani wa Manchester United Louis van Gaal amesema hapendezwi na mbinu za kaimu wa manchester united Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Van Gaal ambaye alifutwa kazi Manchester na mahali pake kuchukuliwa na Jose Mourinho amesema kwamba Kocha huyo msimamizi raia wa Norwey anacheza mchezo wa kujihami sana nyuma kama alivyofanya Mourinho.

Musa Naviye is a radio journalist in his late twenties from the lakeside city of Kisumu.

He is charming and always wear a big smile on his face hence a good person to keep around.

Despite his busy schedule as a journalist and arguably one of the best Voice Over artist of ourtimes, he likes spending time with his family, listening to music, dancing, watching movies and traveling.

In his  own style he defends the rights of the oppressed and he is that kind of journalist who doesn't fall for handouts.

He has  a strong believe that every opportunity and success comes from the belief of God and hardwork.

Musa is currently the Producer, News Editor and a Continuity Presenter at Radio Sahara 94.3 Fm a regional Swahili radio station in Kisumu and also one of The directors of  Durb Radio,an online radio station.

He is also a reporter at radio Africa-radio Jambo and an international media DW Swahili corespondent..

Who is Musa Naviye? (How would you describe yourself?)

I am God fearing a bit rough but somehow kind and humble and i also respect anyone and everyone with no limits of class. 

Do you have a Nickname?
On radio they call me Al-habib which many think is my real name, some mtoto wa mamake Shamimu while others The Grand Master.

 What most  people do not know about you?

I am a graphic artist.Most people have no idea that i can draw ..and i mean very well .

 

Are you a believer?

I am a strong believer and practices Islamic religion.

Are you in a relationship?

I am married to one wife and blessed with two beautiful daughters.

Who is your greatest inspiration?

My two kids [Salmah and Najmah] are my source of inspiration and prophet Moses[Musa in the Holy uran] inspires me because of his boldness... i mean this guy could even ask God questions, who does that..hehehe!

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In Shaa Llah! I see myself working in one of the biggest international media houses as an editor, taking Durb Radio to greater heights and also having a successful business in real estate and hotel industry.

Your favorite animal?

Tiger ,i like the way its calm and still dangerous at the same time.

Do you have a pet?
yeah...everyone needs a pet, I love cats.

What's your favorite Meal?
I take it easy, Ugali Omena or fish and a list of Swahili dishes spiced with coconut toppled up with Ukwaju juice.

Who is your favorite person?
I see where you are going with this,on this I have a long list definitely that would be my two beautiful angels (My daughters) my beloved wife and my mothers.

What would you term as your Wow! moment?
The first time I became a farther, then the time I got a call from Dw Swahili to follow up on former president Hussein Obama's visit to Siaya in 2018... they were all dream come true.

Tell us a bit about your Voice Over career?
This is one gift I will simply describe as GOD sent, I mean everyone can talk but not all of us can be Morgan Freeman, Peter Cullen-(Optimus Prime) or even our very own Johnstone Mwakazi.

Siku Ya Maji Ulimwengu
Wakenya wameungana na wenzao ulimwenguni kuadhimisha siku ya maji.

Katika kaunti ya kisumu hafla ya maadhimisho hayo yaliandaliwa katika uwanja wa michezo ya Jomo kenyatta  mjini kisumu.

Hafla hiyo imeihudhuriwa na naibu gavana wa kisumu Mathews Ochieng Owili ,meneja mkurugenzi wa KIWASKO Thomas Odongo  Waziri Wa Mazingira Na Maji Salmon Orimba pamoja na viongozi wengine.

Akizungumza kwenye sherehe hiyo,mkurugenzi  wa kiwasco Bwana Thomas Odongo amesema kwamba wanapeana maji kwa familia 25 wasiojiweza. 

Ameongeza kwamba wameanza kampeni itakoyong'oa nanga tarehe 22 mwezi huu hadi tarehe 20 April ambapo watachagua watu 5 kusimamia eneo tano za kusambza maji ya bure maji kisumu. 

Eneo hayo ni pamoja na Kenya -Re Kajulu, Milimani, CBD, Manyatta and Kisumu cha kati. 

Sherehe kama hiyo imeadhinishwa ya kitaifi jijini Kakamega. 

Kauli mbiu ya mwaka huu ni kutoacha mtu nyuma. 

Siku Ya Misitu Kimataifa

Siku Ya Misitu Kimataifa

Wakazi wa kisumu wameungana na ulimwengu leo hii kuidhimisha siku ya misitu. 

Sherehe hiyo iliandaliwa kwenye mlima wa kajulu iliyoko kisumu. Viongozi hao walianza na kupanda miti kabla ya kuhotubiawakaziwa eneo hilo. 

Akizungumza kwenye sherehe hiyo Waziri wa maji, mazingira na mali asilimia kaunti ya Kisumu Salmon Orimba amesema kwamba serikali ya kaunti ya Kisumu imeekeza milioni 20 katika zoezi la kuimarisha mazingira ikiwemo upanzi wa miti ili kuhakikisha wanaongeza sehemu ya miti kutoka asilimia 0.4 hadi asilimia 10 kufikia mwaka 2022. 

Kaunti ya kisumu inashikilia nafasi ya 46 huko ikishinda Kaunti ya Siaya pekee yake. 

Sherehe kama hiyo iliandaliwa Siaya kaunti ambao wanashika mkia kwa upanzi wa miti. 

Kongamano La Kimataifa Kisumu

Governor wa Kisumu Profesa Peter Anyang' Nyong'o  amefungua rasmi kongamano la kimataifa kuhusu makazi ya kutosha na gharama ya chini.

kongomano hilo ambayo imepangwa na shirika la Grassroot Trust ikiungana na kaunti ya Kisumu imeng'oa nanga hivi leo hadi siku ya Alhamisi ambapo inatarajiwa kufungwa rasmi na Mheshimiwa Raila Odinga.

Akizungumza kwenye kongamano hilo Nyong'o amesema kuwa wanaendeleza mipango za kuimarisha makazi jijini kisumu wakiungana na mashirika zisizo za serikali ili kuhakikisha kwamba wakazi wa kisumu wanaishi kwa nyumba zenye gharama za chini,zenye usalama na maji,na vituo vya afya.

Wageni wengi kutoka ugaibunu pamoja na wakazi wa kisumu wamehudhuria kongomano hilo inayofanyika kwenye hoteli ya kifahari ya Grand Royal Swiss iliyoko eneo ya Riat jijini Kisumu .

 

Lawrence Apiyo ambaye ni mshirikishi wa shirika la Grassroot trust akizungumza amesema kwamba wanafanya juhudi kama shirika kuhakikisha wakazi wa kisumu wanaishi kwa nyumba nzuri.

Chelsea Na Arsenal Kwenye Robo Fainali

Timu ya Chelsea iliadhibu Dynamo Kyiv kwa mabao tano kwa sufuri ugenini Olympic stadium.

 

Chelsea walionyesha mchezo nzuri kwenye mechi hiyo huko Mchezaji raia wa Ufaransa Oliver Giroud akicheka na wavu mara tatu na kuongeza idadi ya mabao zake msimu huu kwenye Eufa Europa league hadi tisa.

 

Marcos Alonso na Column Hudson Odoi pia walijiandikisha kwenye kitabu cha wafunga bao na kusaidia chelsea kufika  kwenye robo fainali ya kombe hilo wakiwa na mabao nane kutokana na ushindi wao ya mabao tatu kwenye mkondo wa kwanza stamford bridge. 

 

Vilevile,Timu ya Arsenal walishinda Rennes ugani emirates kwa mabao tatu kwa sufurina kujipa tiketi kwenye robo fainali ya kombe hilo.

Timu ya Gor Mahia almaarufu Kogalo, imeshinda vijana wa Kakamega homeboyz kwa mabao mawili kwa moja kwenye mechi ya kung'ang'ania taji la kombe la klabu bingwa nchini KPL.

Mechi hiyo imechezwa ugani Machakos kuanzia saa kumi alasiri.

Vijana wa Homeboyz ndiyo waliotangulia kufunga kupitia mchezaji wao Luke Namanda mnamo dakika 51.

Kogalo walilipiza mnamo dakika ya 67 kupitia mguu yake Francis Mustafa kabla ya kuongeza ya pili na ya ushindi dakika mbili baadaye kupitia Boniface Owino Omondi.

Kumbuka Kogalo walifanya mabadiliko ya watu kumi kwenye squadi yao ili kujiandaa kwa mechi dhidi ya klabu ya petro jumapili.

Gor mahia wanahitaji ushindi wowote ili kufika kwenye robo fainali ya kombe la CAF confedaration.

Love is the feeling of affection and care towards something or someone.Everyone need love in their life.
There are different types of love that most of us experience.
  
Agapel love is the love of God for man and of man for God.
Its believed to be a brotherly love that embraces a universal,unconditional love that transcends and persists regardless of circumstance.
This kind of love is supported from Bible verses where God gave his only son.

Parental love is the type of love our parents and guardian offer us by the fact that they are our parents.It usually comes natural when you have given birth to a baby.
Parents try everything to make sure that their children gets the best life can offer.
This type of love is not only limited to your only biological child but also any kid out there that may need that parental care.

Having considered the above types of love its therefore goes without saying that no one can leave without love in their life.Love is not all about romance it goes deeper than that.

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then we can stop wondering whether he’ll ever be violent; he already has been.

Domestic violence is the abuse by one person against another in a marriage or cohabitation.Most people assume that only women suffer from this kind of violence but the truth is that even some men are abused by their partners.

This violence is very common among couples and some people may think that its normal to tolerate their abusive partners in the name of love.Well i beg to disagree!

No matter how much you feel about someone,how much you care about them or even how much they make you vulnerable,you shouldn't endure any pain whether its physical,emotional or even psychological in your relationship.

If someone claims that they love and care about you,they should be ready to accommodate all your flaws and talk through any challenges that may come up as you stay together.

Domestic violence can happen in heterosexual or same sex relationships or between former spouses or partners.It can also involve  violence against children,parents,or the elderly.

It takes a number of forms,including physical,verbal,emotional,economic,religious,reproductive and sexual abuse.

In recent news,rape,abuse and violation of women rights have become rampant and the worse part is that some of the victims of this abuse do not  get justice.

The constitution of Kenya condemn against domestic violence and provide protection against such act as mentioned in Act No 2 of 2015 in the laws of  Kenya.

Therefore anyone should report any form of abuse to the authorities before it gets out of hand.Cases of couples killing their partners are not news today therefore 'get out 'before you are carried in casket.
An abuser can seem emotionally needy. You can get caught in a trap of catering to him /her, trying to fill a bottomless pit. But he/she’s not so much needy as entitled, so no matter how much you give him/her, it will never be enough. He/she will just keep coming up with more demands because he /she believes his/her needs are your responsibility, until you feel drained down to nothing.

Secondary drowning

Many people think that deaths by drowning only happen when someone literally suffocate in the pool ,lake,river,ocean or such water bodies.But have you heard of cases where people die days later after being rescued from drowning?
 Secondary drowning can happen when someone is exposed to water-even a small volume- and it gets in their lungs.This kind of deaths are rare but they mostly happen among children after swimming or even bathing.The symptoms are usually noticed after 24 hours and may include constant coughing,difficulty in breathing or speaking,irritability or unusual behavior,chest pain,low energy or sleepiness after being in the water.
Unlike normal drowning,secondary drowning can take up to three days after the water first got into the lungs.
secondary drowning,can delay up to 24 hours before the person shows signs of distress.It can cause trouble breathing and ,in worst case scenarios,death.
Therefore its advisable to rush your child to the nearest hospital for check up after they have been rescued from drowning just to be sure that the water did not get into the lungs.
If the water gets into the lungs ,it can irritate the lung's lining and fluid can build up,causing a condition called pulmonary edema which can eventually cause death.
Parents and guardians out there are therefore alerted to pay close attention to their kids when swimming or taking bath in order to prevent such deaths in case a child is rescued from drowning.
